Non-Trade Returns

You qualify as a non-trade customer if you do not have a trade credit account with us.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  1. You have 14 days from date of receipt of items to inform us if you wish to return your item.
  2. You have a further 14 days to return an item from date of informing us.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  5. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  7. If the items are returned under defective / faulty or damaged, once the items are received, inspected and approved for return, we will either refund the original order and shipping cost, or send out a replacement item. If you wish to have an item re-sent and to upgrade the delivery option, you must pay the difference.

Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (see 1.7 for exceptions).
  2. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Fire & Acoustic Seals Ltd, Unit 16, Spartan Industrial Estate, Brickhouse Lane, West Bromwich, B70 0DH, United Kingdom.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fasfixings.co.uk.

Trade Account Returns

You qualify as a trade account customer if you have a current trade account agreement with us.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Cancellation

  1. Orders for special order items may not be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
  2. You may cancel any other orders at any time before they are dispatched by email at sales@fasfixings.co.uk or telephone on +44(0)121 289 4625.

Returns

  1. Before returning any items to us you must contact us either by email at sales@fasfixings.co.uk or telephone on +44(0)121 289 4625.
  2. You have 90 days from date of receipt of items to inform us if you wish to return your item.
  3. You have a further 14 days to return an item from date of informing us.
